Susan DameGreene, President

- Senior Gift Planner for three national non profit organizations, Susan has more than 24 years experience in Planned Giving and 11 years as a Trust Officer and Vice President.

Garry Malone, Senior Vice President for Sales

-Garry has over 26 years experience in the Planned Giving Field, including Interim Vice President for Philanthropy at State University of New York System Administration for the 64 campuses evolving gift planning programs, and coaching for individual gift solicitation success. In prior years, he served as Regional Vice President of a national marketing and publication company. Garry is a frequent speaker for planned giving and fundraising meetings and conferences as well as a board member of the the Gift Planning Group of Northeast New York.

Barbara Kennedy, Canadian Director of Marketing and Support

-Barbara runs our Canadian office in Calgary. Her wonderfully varied work life includes time at the Clinton White House as well as marketing and support for a variety of organizations in Canada.

Sirkka Shayan, Senior Technical Engineer

-Sirkka has over 20 years of experience in various computer related fields, from main frame programming, system design, and project management to PCs, Web Design, and Graphic Arts. She has her own postcard series in Finland, where she also holds occasional exhibits of her artwork.

Fran Wang, Senior Project Development Officer

-As Senior Project Development Officer, Fran is in charge of software technical support and programming. In addition, Fran manages a multitude of projects including coordinating with Neil on our website and designing all web marketing. Fran has 9 years of programming experience with a Master Degree in MIS.

Kevin Wright, Director of Marketing and Project Management

-Kevin has almost 2 decades of experience in the marketing industry. His experience includes in-house creative and production, marketing, promotions, event planning and management of client advertising campaigns. Kevin is part of our team that is responsible for BIPS's marketing efforts in a variety of ways including writing, planning and execution of our marketing campaigns.

Devin Seel, Communications and IT Officer

-Devin Seel helps our BIPS users with their IT needs; she is also in charge of our communications.  Her colorful experience includes working in several government office settings, including the US Army in Uzbekistan.

Erida Lice, Marketing Officer

-Erida comes to us with a broad experience of more than five years in the Sales and Marketing part of the business. She is responsible for marketing and tech support.

Darilyn DiPietro, Senior Accountant

-Darilyn has a diversified background in accounting. She has over 25 years of practical exposure to various accounting software and spreadsheets.  She has helped management make timely decisions pertaining to their business through accurate and timely reporting.  Darilyn has worked for a major pharmaceutical software company, a well-respected law firm, a major transportation and special needs individuals company, along with various other interesting companies.

Colleen Woods-Heikka, Vice President of Marketing

-Colleen brings years of integrated brand strategy experience on brands including Zipcar, Cider Jack Hard Cider, JetBlue Airways, Timberland and Sonera Zed. She is responsible for marketing and sales strategies to grow BIPSTER. Colleen is also currently working on her MBA at Northeastern University.

Sally Scott, MSW, LICSW, Director of Human Resources

-Sally Scott MSW, LICSW is currently Director of Human Resources at BIPSTER. She is the founder of Recovery Response, a not for profit consultation and psychotherapy practice. An experienced clinician for almost 20 years, her focus has been on employee relations as well as crisis intervention and treatment. We are so pleased to be able to add Sally's enviable talents to our team!

Holly Platt, Director of Accounting

-Holly Platt is our Director of Accounting. Holly has worked in Finance and Accounting for 10 years, working for such companies as OneBeacon Insurance, Liberty Mutual, and Baring Asset Management. She graduated from Providence College in 1995 with her B.A. in English. Holly is currently enrolled in the Boston College Carroll School of Management MBA program.

Mike Brennan, Manager of Information Technologies for BIPS

-Mike comes to us from BMB Associaties and before that, OneSource Information Services. With over 10 years experience in the information technology field, Mike helps maintain BIPS computer network, PCs and other computer related hardware.

Joseph Balbo, IT Support Specialist

-Joe provides hardware and software support for the Salem Headquarters. Joe has over 20 experience with IT, working with State agencies and nonprofit organizations in Massachusetts. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1985 with a degree in Information Systems.

Andrey Kokorev, Senior Software Engineer

-Andrey Kokorev was born in Moscow, Russia. He was a rock musician (1975-1985) in Russia before getting his Masters degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. Andrey has more than 20 years in financial/banking software development and came to the US in March of 2000.

Gary Gaggiani, Computer Division, Original Developer and VP of IT

- Former Director of Information Services for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's fundraising area, Gary has over 30 years experience in the computer field and 12 years in the non-profit/computer area.

Neil Elliot, Web Designer

-Neil has many years experience in web design and Internet marketing. He is responsible for our website.
